decorated entrance individual kettles easy check-in
the entrance is nicely decorated. individual kettles and coffee are available in the rooms, very convenient. i appreciated the easy contactless check-in process. i felt safe and comfortable .
The room was sparsely furnished. I think it could benefit from a sofa or additional seating.

easy check-in clean room convenient location
i found the self check in process straightforward. the room was very clean and quite spacious, i was happy about that. the location was convenient for my needs (close to the park).
i noticed a slight draft under the door in my room.

the host provided very clear instructions before my arrival, including a helpful video about how to access the hotel. communication was good and i appreciated the quick responses. this made the check in process simple.

the hotel is approximately a 5 minute drive from the city centre and a 25 minute walk. it is also close to the m25 motorway. there are shops right outside.

my room included fresh, clean towels, tea and coffee, and a kettle. the bathroom was spacious and clean (always a plus!). the room was recently decorated.

basic stay with some issues
overgrown garden banging sounds
the en-suite room was acceptably clean with everything needed for a short stay.
the advertised garden was overgrown it lacked furniture i couldn't use it the fire doors weren't soft close i constantly heard banging sounds especially early in the morning.
